Belle in Blue is from the Southern Belle Collection. This series is based on the costumes from the movie "Gone with the Wind." I really enjoyed making this costume. Her dress is made with DMC cebelia #799, while her shawl is made from size 30 cebelia. Her earrings and necklace are made with faceted beads and glass seed beads. The doll I used is a 1999 Hawaii Midge.
