The Old South Gown is the second Paradise Costume I completed. It is also made with cebelia thread. The doll used is a "Mary had a little lamb." Unfortunately, I can't say I enjoyed making this one as much as the Edwardian Bridal Gown. Those layers of ruffles on the skirt took forever! I was just relieved to have it finished. I won't be making anything with such a full skirt for a long time!
